The language here is a bit over the top! Expressing a bit of a point of view.

And is "sports shoe street" realy a name used for this street?

Yes, there is really a street called sports shoe street - an English literal translation from Chinese.Luke! 02:42, 5 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It isn't really the name of the street, it is just a popular nickname, but as it is promoted by the tourist deparment and they use this term on tourist signs in the area it is becoming more widely known.
